Step 1: Marketing. Alex wasn't named Marketing Director of the 1st Annual Shady Acres Yard Sale for nuttin'. He knew the only way to get customers was to advertise!!!! He hit every telephone pole within a 5 mile radius. With Alex's business sense and staple gun, how could the yard sale not be a $ucce$$!!!

Step 2: Display Area. Almost as important as marketing is your display area. You want all potential customers passing by to know that you are not selling junk, but designer threads, one of a kind furniture & antiques! When possible use street signs and telephone poles! Make those tax dollars work for YOU!

Step 3: Customer Service. Be sure to treat your customers with respect and dignity! Greet them with a smile and let them feel welcome in your yard/alley. A happy customer is a repeat customer!
