Yard of the Month: Fixed???

Chincho was very upset that he did not win Shady Acres inaugural Yard of the Month competition. Not to brag, but Chincho's azaleas are to die for!!!! Could this competition be fixed??? Hmmm. We would hope not, but just why didn't Chincho win? Could race be an issue? We didn't even have a chance to vote. Ever hear of the Constitution, Shady Acres Committee???

After this months obvious oversight, Chincho is considering starting his own Yard of the Month competition, where yards like Salmon Cottage can be awarded for their raw beauty. Does Chincho have the nerve to stand up to the uptight Shady Acres community leaders???? You betcha...stay tuned!
