On Chincho's Saturday morning walk through the neighborhood, he came face to face with his worse nightmare! A WIRE HANGER!!!! Turns out, the uninspired Smurf Cottage also planted a soiled diaper on the sidewalk that Chincho frequents. Clearly, the garbage friendly neighbors were trying to send a message to Chincho, but we have news for you! Chincho will not be intimidated by your childish antics! He will not stop until the streets of Shady Acres are crime free! Besides, he can handle the used diaper, but a wire hanger?!?!? That's just sick!
