After receiving his estimated property tax this week, Chincho became gravely ill! He was sick to his stomach after seeing how much he and his Shady Acres neighbors had to pay HISD in taxes. Where is Sheila Jackson-Lee when you need her? How could she let this happen? Oh, Chincho is livid. He plans on letting her know just what he thinks about her "politics!"
