No, this isn't Haiti and it isn't a picture of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. This is a picture of my neighbor's desert oasis. Why chop down a dead tree when you could have it lean on your back fence for months to ensure each leaf has fallen off??? Too bad backyards aren't judged because Blue Barron would definitely win. With some many of their plants dying, you'd think they were BFF's with Salmon Cottage.
