Chincho would like to nominate Comcast Scumcast as his first ever Loser of the Week! Tired of paying over $60 a month for low speed internet, we decided to make the switch to Earthlink, which uses the same equipment as Scumcast, but for a fraction of the cost! Unfortunately, the not-so-friendly Scumcast employees could not fathom anyone leaving their services and never processed the switch. After numerous phone calls, they disconnected Chincho's service for almost 3 days. Chincho finally had to demand to speak to a supervisor, who also could not help us. 3 weeks later we are officially under Earthlink and will (hopefully) never have to deal with them again. Thanks Scumcast!!!!

Shady Acres Rumor: Jealous of Chincho's celebrity status, Shadow singlehandedly destroyed our internet connection in hopes of putting an end to Chincho's ever growing fan base. Not going to happen Shadow, but you will continue to be at the top of Chincho's prayer list!
