It turns out it doesn't take a miracle to get the City of Houston off their lazy asses and install some street lighting...it just takes a pug named Chincho. After several months of petitioning and complaining, the COH finally made good use out of our taxpayer money. We can now walk the streets without fear of getting raped....err, maybe not.
