Chincho was out this weekend enjoying a nice stroll down 17th Street, when he stumbled upon a piece of southern history he is not proud of. A noose...and right next door to our favorite homophobic Republican neighbor. This is obviously an attempt by the liberals to try and scare Chincho and his buddies into voting for NObama!!!! It will take a lot more than paintball guns and human pinatas to scare this pug!
