On his many daily walks throughout the neighborhood, Chincho cannot help but notice the rapid increase in the number of dying/dead plants in the area. He has taken it upon himself to expose those who hate nature!!!

Our first tree chopper is none other than Casa de Poopoo. All that remains is the sad pathetic branches of what used to be a vibrant azalea bush. Hint: Watering your plants regularly goes a long way!

Just what kind of person would leave something so depressing on display???
