COP: Case #3 - Graffiti Bandits

This may come as a shock to most of you, but it appears Shady Acres is home to some thugs! While we were coerced into celebrating Casa de Poopoo's 30th birthday yesterday evening, some Hispanic males (totally an assumption) tagged the building across the street from us! Coincidence?

Did anyone happen to see the culprits??? Just who is this "Taz"??? Please let us know immediately....we are Citizens On Patrol - Trained and Ready!
