Chincho is as American as liver flavored treats. He never skips an opportunity to pay his respects to those who fallen in the line of duty. As a matter of fact, he'd be in Iraq now if he didn't have that ol' nagging paw injury.

Unfortunately, sometimes Chincho's colorblindedness gets the best of him. Who would allow such a flag on 19th Street?!?!?
