Chincho had abruptly decided to take the winter off as a time to think, to chill, to judge - and as it turns out you love him...You really love him. The outpouring of support to bring the blog back has touched Chincho, so much so that he promises to bring you more news, more investigative journalism, and more neighborhood gossip...including some very interesting new neighbors.
