There is some sad news floating around this neighborhood of ours. There are a group of residents bandits - in this usually peaceful area - that want to tear down a historic landmark on 18th and Beall! Rumor has it the Shady Villas date back to early 2007 and now some uptight yuppies want to tear it down and build a Starbucks?!?!?!? A bunch of pathetic Weingarten wannabes!!! We think not! Chincho will not stand for it!

Please join us in preserving our history...our heritage! Let's fight the yuppies and SAVE SHADY VILLAS!!! We think it would be a perfect location for a Halloween party....don't you?
